Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as an HRGA Manager.
- Good knowledge of Human Resource Management concepts and practices.
- Strong understanding of the principles of talent management, employee development, and labor law.
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies related to Human Capital & General Affairs that align with the company’s business goals.
- Monitor recruitment strategies and implementation, while also being involved in organizational development.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees to improve skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Develop and monitor general affairs and asset management.
- Control and monitor employee satisfaction.
- Prepare all required documents such as RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, MERP, Visa, for workers and expatriates who will be employed by the company.
